Extend-A-Care works hard to make parents’ monthly fees affordable, therefore offering child care services to as many children as possible.
Parents who do not qualify for financial assistance pay a set monthly rate, please see your child’s districts link under the fee category. For families who qualify for free/reduced lunches and are working or are in training programs for a required number of hours will pay fees on a sliding fee scale according to their gross monthly income and number of family members.

Please note: Our after-school fees are based upon the number of instructional days in a school year calendar and divided into monthly payments, with minor adjustments for December, January and March. The fee for shorter months does not necessarily represent just that month, but a portion of the annual cost of child care spread throughout the year. Example: December’s fee of $200 does not represent just the instructional days within the month of December, but 1/10 of the cost of child care for the year, with a minor adjustment due to the fact that it is a shorter month. EAC breaks the cost into equal payments, with minor adjustments, so parents can budget the same amount each month rather than a rate that fluctuates monthly. This method of monthly after-school rates has been a popular request from parents for years.
